Substitutions

Occasionally, a specific flower or container shown in our photos may be unavailable due to seasonality, supplier shortages, or sudden demand. When that happens, our designers substitute with the freshest items available at equivalent or greater value, preserving the overall style, colour palette, and feel of the arrangement. We never reduce the value of your order. If a substitution would change the arrangement substantially, we'll call you before designing.

Delivery

Same-day local delivery available for orders placed before our daily cutoff. Out-of-zone deliveries quoted on request. Full delivery details visible at checkout.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order: contact details, delivery address, payment info processed by Stripe, and an optional account if you choose to save details for next time. We never sell or share customer information. Full privacy notice available on request.
